The DataScan User Conference registration fee is $1,200 per attendee and $400 for a guest. Payments can be made by check or via credit card
through PayPal.
If you choose to pay by Credit Card, an email from PayPal will be sent to you to finalize your payment. Please note that it is not necessary to have a
PayPal account.

Your $1,200 registration fee includes:
- Full-access to all User Group presentations, training sessions and networking activities
- Three nights suite accommodations including room and tax at the Encore (Sunday, May 16, Monday, May 17 and Tuesday, May 18)
- Welcome reception and dinner on Sunday, May 16
- Breakfast on Monday, May 17 and Tuesday, May 18
- Lunch on Monday, May 17 and Tuesday, May 18
- Dinner and Show on Monday, May 17
The guest registration fee is $400
Your guest is welcome to attend the welcome reception and dinner on Sunday, May 16 along with the dinner and Le Reve show on Monday, May 17.
Attendees and guests are responsible for their own transportation.
Refund Policy:
- All cancellations must be sent in writing via fax or e-mail to the conference coordinator.
- There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before Wednesday, March 31. The full amount paid will be refunded.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations received on or after Thursday, April 1.
