WMS Loan Operations Training
This course is an introduction to the loan operations in WMS. It is intended for new WMS users.
This course will be conducted using the current production version of the product.
What Will I Learn?
» Understand the System Hierarchy
» Inventory processing
» Use the single loan screen
» Use the multiple loan screen
» Add non-vehicle loans
» Add loans using the bank import
» Work with new loan suspense
» Correct loan errors
» Payment processing
» Apply single and multiple principal payments
» Create prepaid items
» Work with suspense payments
» Correct errors
» Run daily and monthly processing
» Balance the system
» Run the billing process
» Work with equity accounts
» Add funds to equity
» Refunds equity funds to the dealer
» Apply equity funds to a loan or payment
» Transfer equity accounts
» Apply equity to or from payment suspense
» Work with commitments
» Add additional collateral
» Edit curtail schedules
» Work with operating lines of credit
How Long Will It Last?
This is a 2-day course. The course hours are 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Day 1 and 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Day 2.
What Does It Cost?
